When you are booking your reservation because of the high level of cancellations due to expired passports, we are requiring a copy of a valid passport within a reasonable amount (within 90 days) after booking. Last minute cancellations are crushing, not only to owners but also staff who make most of their living off of tourism. This is our effort to make sure everyone is serious about their stay and ready for travel. I know pre Covid anyone could go to a passport office and get a passport expedited, however due to multiple guest canceling last minute I can tell you with certainty that those expedited services don’t work as smoothly as they used to. Please send your valid passport ASAP to hold your reservation.

Please note there will be a $150 non-refundable fee upon booking. The balance will be applied to your total bill. If the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of booking this fee will be waved. Thank you!
